Commercial Credit Analyst
Location Work From Home/Operations Center (PHX)
Overall Accountability:
· Assist Underwriting and Portfolio Management in the completion of financial spreads, Annual Reviews, Loan Presentations and any other Underwriting and Portfolio Management related reports
· Assist in the ordering of third-party reports as deemed necessary for underwriting and ongoing portfolio management.
· Assist Underwriting group with completion of financial spreads in Moody’s, Loan Presentation and Modification Memos
· Assist Portfolio Management group with completion of financial spreads in Moody’s, Annual Reviews, and Portfolio Management reports
· Order OFAC / Penley searches
· Order CAIVRS searches
· Order tax transcripts
· Order both personal and business credit reports
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and 2-5 years’ experience in loan support systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and JHA. In-depth knowledge of commercial and SBA lending along with compliance and credit regulations. Professional written, verbal communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to produce quality work within tight time frames while managing multiple assignments. Ability to work on core processing systems (JHA) and department specific processing systems (Command Center). The position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing deadlines, advanced interpersonal skills, excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the desire to work as a team to support the overall success of the Bank. Persons in this position must possess a strong knowledge base about conventional, SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 loan programs, policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree or relevant banking industry certification. SBA lending experience.
Physical Requirements:
· Occasional lifting, 25 lbs. or less.
· Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
· Working on a computer for extended periods of time.
