Overview

Greater Commercial Lending is looking for an Investor Relations Specialist with a passion for supporting business growth, job creation, and improving the quality of life in the communities we serve.

 

About The Position:

 

The Investor Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for servicing the investor and participation portfolios in accordance with loan sale and participation agreement terms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepares periodic investor/participant remittances and corresponding reporting
  • Prepares and requests participant funding for construction draws and other advances
  • Provides support to other departments ensuring investor/participant transactions related to modifications, renewals, or other adjustments are accurately and timely processed
  • Provides support to the Syndications Department in loan sale and participation settlement transactions, ensuring accurate boarding to FICS and appropriate distribution of settlement funds
  • Responds to external and internal customer service requests related to periodic remittances and transaction processing
  • Ensures requests received via the group email are acknowledged and resolved timely

 

Location & Travel

 

Remote position – United States

 

Compensation

  • $45,000.00- $75,000.00 per year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understand and apply statutory and regulatory compliance matters 
  • Possess knowledge and maintain up-to-date information related to procedures and reporting guidelines
  • Experience working with Commercial Participations
  • Experience working with government guarantee agencies (USDA and SBA)
  • Finance acumen
  • Basic business writing skills
