Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities:

·       Completes or oversees maintenance on all production equipment; includes electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

·       Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.

·       Establishes and maintains an effective preventative maintenance program.

·       Inventory and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished.

·       Evaluates the job performance of Maintenance personnel and regularly discusses performance issues of small maintenance team.

·       Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.

·       Travel to other locations 15-20%: Odessa, TX and Scott, LA.

·       Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

·       High School Diploma plus 5 years of maintenance experience in a warehouse facility environment.

·       Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is desired plus 3 years maintenance experience in a warehouse facility environment.

·       Working knowledge of effective preventative maintenance techniques and systems.

·       Demonstrated ability to maintain or repair a variety of electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and material handling systems in a manufacturing environment, including the ability to maintain and program computer-driven equipment.

·       Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at all organizational levels.

·       Demonstrated 2 years leadership and management skills.

 

Physical Demands:

·       Moderate physical effort which requires standing on a concrete floor for prolonged periods of

time

·       Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.

·       Good hand/eye coordination and visual acuity.

 

Work Environment:

·       This position is in an unairconditioned warehouse environment.

·       Subject to loud noise.

 

Recon Technician

Job Description

As the Recon Tech you are responsible for inspecting the totes for any damages. Assisting with testing that the totes meet the QA standards of the company.

Responsibilities:

·       Operate light duty forklift.

·       Endure all products have proper identification.

·       May assist with training entry-level yard technicians.

·       Maintain an adequate amount of stocked hardware and supplies.

·       Maintain company equipment by performing preventing maintenance according to the formal preventative maintenance system.

·       Must be able to recognize different parts and assemble according to specification in an accurate and timely manner.

·       Applies decals, stickers and DOT tags as required according to specification sheets.

·       Verifies quality of products or parts to be shipped.

·       Verifies the shipment inventory list.

·       Housekeeping and organization around the yard.

·       Travel as necessary to conduct company business and represent the company in matters pertaining to the system.

·       Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·       Demonstrate ability to read and understand directions, procedures, and checklists.

·       Demonstrate ability to complete work orders.

·       Must have the ability to use basic math skills; add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

 

Physical Demands:

·       Moderate physical effort which requires standing on a concrete floor for prolonged periods of

time

·       Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds.

·       Work is in an un-air-airconditioned warehouse.

Wash Technician

Responsibilities:

·       Operates the wash line sprayer, spinner area, and tote bin washer.

·       Verify that a quality Wash Line process has occurred, and cleaning process is followed.

·       Perform routine maintenance on equipment, i.e., min/max on chemicals & equipment checks.

·       Set up, maintain, and adjust Wash Line sprayer equipment.

·       Provide information to supervisors / managers.

·       Follow correct procedures for Wash Line processes.

·       Determine the correct concentration level for the chemical wash mix.

·       Keep an inventory of chemicals used in the wash process and notify supervisor when order points are hit.

·       Handle parts and materials used on the Wash Line.

·       Position and maneuver products, parts, and equipment on the Wash Line manually, using a hoist and using the manipulator.

·       Position ladder and box to get in and out of products on the Wash Line

·       Performs any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

·       Able to read and understand directions, blueprints, procedures, and specification sheets.

·       Able to take inventory of products used on the Wash Line

·       Able to measure volumes to determine the concentration of Wash Line chemical mixes.

·       Current Forklift Operator Certification.

·       2-3 years of successful continuous employment in an industrial setting where employee would have learned to be productive.

·       Able to clearly communicate with all other operators throughout the Recon floor.

Physical Demands:

·       Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently.

·       Moderate physical effort which requires standing on a concrete floor for prolonged periods of

time.

·       Ability to climb, bend, and stoop to perform various functions of the position.

·       Good hand/eye coordination.

·       Good visual acuity.

 

Work Environment:

·       Work is in an un-air-airconditioned warehouse.

·       Will be working in different weather conditions.

·       Subject to loud noises.
