In 2021, we made the decision to shift our focus away from a dated single point-of-contact model to a fast-paced and results-driven experience.  This re-imagined concept lead to an overhaul of communication protocols and redefined our process as we knew it.  In return, we have seen an incredible response from both our growing client base and our vast candidate pools.
